Common Side Effects

Less Common / Serious Risks
Seek medical attention if you experience any of the following:
  • Severe allergic reactions
  • Pancreatitis symptoms
  • Gallbladder problems
  • Kidney problems
  • Changes in vision
  • Hypoglycaemia (especially with other diabetes medications)
Contraindications
Sculptide® may not be suitable for patients with:
  • Known hypersensitivity to tirzepatide or excipients
  • Personal or family history of medullary thyroid carcinoma
  • Multiple Endocrine Neoplasia syndrome type 2
  • Pregnancy or breastfeeding
  • Severe gastrointestinal disease
Special Precautions
Discuss with your healthcare provider if you have:
  • History of pancreatitis
  • Diabetic retinopathy
  • Kidney disease
  • Heart problems
  • History of depression or suicidal thoughts
  • Plans to become pregnant
